Lefsa.................

Almost forgot to mention the lefsa. Bill and I just finished the last two pieces on Sunday. It was very good. Angie and Barry came home mid November for her shower Brandy and Darlene put on for her and baby Saeger and we made lefsa on Saturday. This is Barry's second year of making lefsa with us and he is quite good at the frying, Angie and Bill took turns rolling. Angie has quite the knack with rolling - claims she got it from her Grandpa Casey - So, we had 10 lbs of potatoes rolled out, fried and put away in 3 hours. I take claim to finding the recipe, cooking and ricing the potatoes. I'm not bad at rolling but like to leave this to those with just the right touch!
